Provide a Certificate of Survey per the survey dated January 26, <br />1990 by Martin J. Webber of W*»stwood Professional Services Inc. The <br />drawing must include signature lines for all property owners with an <br />interest in the subject properties (spouses, contract for deed <br />holders, etc. - signature lines must be signed by all appropriate <br />parties prior to submittal), and signature lines for the Mayor, City <br />Clerk, and date of final approval. <br />2. Please refer to the attached sketch. Please have your surveyor <br />provide legal descriptions for each of the four parcels 1 through 4. <br />Upon subdivision approval, the affected property owners must complete <br />appropriate ombination forms at the City offices. <br />All final submittals must be submitted to this office 10 days before <br />the meeting at which Council will grant final subdivision approval.
