All <br />provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect <br />in perpetuity. <br />aB» Provisions Separable, invalidation of any one or more <br />of the" provisions hereof by judgment or court order shall not <br />affect any of the other provisions, which shall remain in full <br />force and effect until the date of expiration. <br />^9. Governing Law. The provisions hereof shall be governed <br />in accordance with and construed under the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />jIO. Enforcement. Developer, Lender, City and any of their <br />respecFive successors and assigns shall have the right to enforce, <br />by any proceeding by law or in equity, all easements, conditions <br />and covenants now or hereafter imposed by the provisions of this <br />Agreement. <br />^11. Counterparts.
