Mr. and Mrs. Everson noted that the landscaping and large garden area in front of the house have no plastic underlining. Mrs. Everson said, "Plastic may have been installed years and years ago. However, both areas grow weeds like crazy." Mr. Everson stated that he would be willing to convert the large garden to sod.
