Please contact staff if you <br />need additional information. The staff memo lists the various <br />exhibits included in that packet. <br />Staff seeks your opinion on the following issues: <br />1. Does the code permit two principal uses, whether <br />permitted or conditional uses, on one property. <br />2. Is the public service structure both a conditional use <br />permit and accessory use as proposed by applicant? <br />3. Does the current code allow U.S. West's proposal for a <br />150' high antenna in consideration of Section 10.20, <br />Subdivision 3 (D); Section 10.20, Subdivision 4 (H); and <br />Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (K). <br />4. Is U.S. West Vector's 150' high antenna a public service <br />structure? Is the limited market of a cellular/portable <br />phone user considered the general public, or is that <br />pertinent? <br />I am sure there are many, many other questions that I could <br />raise regarding this application. Before I bring it to Council, <br />it is important that I have some direction regarding the <br />application of the ordinances in relation to this specific <br />applicant.
