This survey confirms that your upper level deck <br />is less than 10' from the existing garage, and a variance is <br />necessary in order to retain the deck. <br />As I mentiorod in my letter of May 23, 1990, your choices are to <br />remove the portion of deck that is in violation, or to apply for <br />a variance. The deadline for variance applications for the <br />September meeting is Friday, August 24th at noon.
