This permit <br />must be title registered in the office of the Hennepin County ?*corder <br />at A607 Government Center, Minneapolis, MN 55487. The purpose if the <br />registration is to insure the wall is maintained as specifically <br />stated in General Provision #14 of this permit. <br />When you return the recorded permit to this office, we will forward a <br />Notice of Permit Card to you. You do not have authorization to begin <br />this work until you have received such Notice of Permit card and <br />posted same at project site. Please send the stamped copy to the <br />following address: <br />DNR METRO REGION WATERS <br />1200 Warner Road <br />St. Paul , Minnesota 55106 <br />Minnesota Statutes provide for an administrative hearing if you are <br />aggrieved by the action taken on this permit. Be advised that to take <br />advantage of this review process you must file a hearing request and <br />any required bond within 30 days.
