I believe the matter was <br />tabled." <br />Mr. MacKinnon referred to a letter he had from the Corp of <br />Engineers. He said. "The letter states that the subdivision, as <br />proposed meets all of their requirements. In aoing the site, <br />they are hoping that they will get some cooperation from the <br />developer to restrict any grading or fill in that certain <br />right next to the high water mark. The letter says that they do <br />not require any change in the elevation or the high water mark. <br />Vie would really like to proceed with this matter this evening. <br />Bellows replied, "I’m afraid at tnis point in that is <br />not possible." <br />Bellows asked whether all neighbors would be notified again <br />of the meeting when this matter would be discussed. <br />Mabusth i?-’.’'tv*d that would be appropriate in light of the <br />interest in this matter, and the incorrect information that has <br />been circulated. <br />There was no action taken on this matter. <br />- 8 -
