2. Present updates (with concept drawing, and proposed plan) to Parks <br />Commission at February meeting. Consider a motion for a recommendation to <br />move to design. <br />3. Initial Stakeholder Input begins. All (including the City Council) are encouraged <br />to ask questions and provide input to Staff and/or Parks. This can happen via <br />email, phone, or in person. <br />4. Take to the council at a Work Session on April 14th. This will serve as a tollgate <br />for the mountain bike project. <br />5. Hold an open house in mid-April at the golf course. Invite City Council to attend, <br />and provide input. Further revise concept drawings and plan, if necessary <br />6. Bring Parks recommendation to City Council to move to design. Ask them to <br />approve design fees ($15,000 is in CIP). <br />15
