� o � � � o 0 �� CITY of ORONU s a � ti ��l �Gti RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL `�kEsKO�' No. 5 5 7 � A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF � DIESEN DEVELOPMENT FILE#06-3169 WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe � development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by Christopher H. � ` Diesen (hereinafter the "applicant") for subdivision of property located at 1100 Townline Road and legally described as follows: , That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30,Township 118, Range 23, described as beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Section 30 and . , the south line of the north 369.48 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence easterly along said south line 1215.22 feet; thence southerly deflecting to the right 91 degrees 48 minutes 25 seconds to the north line of the south 446.2 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence westerly along said north line to said west line of Section 30; thence northerly along said west line of the point of beginning, Hennepin County,Minnesota(hereinafter"the property"); and . WHEREAS, on March 13th, 2006 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5435 granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed development of a two-lot plat for single family residential purposes; and ' WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other � requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: 1. Completion of all platting requirements of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 5435. • 2. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements as required in Resolution No. 5435.
