At issue, if you pursue it with the <br />Metro Council, is since the city maintain that the Metro Council <br />should not have any control over the LMCD to any great degree <br />that this may be a position that is at odds with one things the <br />city wanted to see changed within the LMCD plan. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , that Council <br />continue in its opposition to the adoption of the plan as <br />presented.
