82790.2 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the council will meet at 7:00 <br />P.M. on September 24, 19®0 to pass upon the proposed assessment <br />for the sewer and water improvement abutting the north side of <br />Wayzata Boulevard (U.S. Highway 12) from the northwest quadrant <br />of Brown Road and Viayzata Boulevard and to and including the <br />northeast quadrant of Willow Road and Wayzata Boulevard. <br />(Tne amount to be specially assessed against your particular <br />lot, piece, or parcel of land is $_ _ _ _. You may at anytime <br />prior to certification of the assessment to the county auditor, <br />pay the iiiLire assessment on such property, with interest accrued <br />to the date of payment, to the _ _ _ _ _ _. No interest shall be <br />charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the <br />adoption of this assessment. You may a. any time thereafter, pay <br />to the Cty the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, <br />with interest accrued .o December 31 of the year in which such <br />payment is made. Such ^jayment must be made before November 15 or <br />interest will be charged through December 31 of the succeeding <br />year.
