Hold public hearing regarding assessment for sewer and water <br />on north side of Highway 12. <br />2. Following the close of the public hearing determine the <br />assessment for those properties. <br />INTRODUCTION - As you may recall Attachment C is a signed <br />petition representing the property owners affected under this <br />proposed assessment. The assessment was a follows: <br />Part I - This is for the sewer and water improvemen <br />that total $891.20 per unit for water and $1,551.58 pe. <br />unit for sewer. <br />This total without the capitalized interest of $41.49 is <br />$2,442.78. This is within the $1,810 plus $1,000 <br />allowed by the petition under Phase One. <br />Part 2 - This is for the balance of the project and will <br />Fe determined when the well, tower and the sewer <br />interceptor upgrade are completed. Depending on how the <br />City proceeds with the tower and the interceptor <br />portion, those may either be assessed against these <br />properties or the well to be assessed against these <br />properties with the balance to be handled against the <br />other properties in the corridor would need to have in <br />order to change their zoning. (As is noted in the <br />attachment. Part II is to be assessed following the <br />assessments for Part T.) <br />Some of these units have already been pre-paid as follows: <br />Otten <br />Reber <br />10 units <br />25 units <br />Given the petition the public hearing results in a formality.
