Commercial greenhouses provided <br />all outside stOL-.ge is fenced in such a manner so as to screen the <br />stored material from view when observed from the public street or <br />adjoining lot. <br />F. Recreation A-'-s. Private gun clubs, archery <br />ranges, riding stables, ski slides, provided the area is fenced and <br />no part of the principal use is less than 100 feet from any lot <br />line. <br />G. Guest Houses. A separate dwelling constructed <br />on an existing undivided lot for the sole use of the occupants of <br />the principal buildings, including their domestic employees or <br />their non-paying guests. All regular lot requirements shall be met <br />by the guest house. <br />H. Planned Residential Development. Limited to <br />detached single ^amily dwellings only and subject to the <br />i., ftations of Section 10.32. <br />I. Duplex Credit. One duplex may be located on a <br />single lot as a conditional use upon application therefor provided <br />that public sanitary sewer service is available, and the lot is <br />adjacent to a commercial or industrial district, and the duplex is <br />constructed within 200 feet of the commercial or industrial <br />district. A duplex is defined as a two-family unit residential <br />building. <br />j. Apiaries. <br />K. Animals. The keening of domestic animals for <br />non-commercial purposes including horses for the use of the <br />cccupants of the premises, provided that any accessory building <br />used for housing such animals shall be located not less tnan 150 <br />feet from the nearest lot line. A minmum of one ar - in <br />aggregate, exclusive of one acre for the principal buildine must <br />be available for each animal unit, except as hereinafter set forth. <br />A minimum of two acres of open pasture must be available for a <br />single horse and one addit^^nal acre mu'*'* be available for each <br />additional horse.
