You responded with a note <br />saying it was a repair and replacement and you were not aware of <br />the requirement for a building permit. This letter is to conform <br />that a permit is required for a repair/replacement. New work or <br />repairs must meet the minimum standards of the Uniform Building <br />Code and the requirements of the Orono Zoning Code.
