Average <br />lakeshore setback encroachment was not considered a significant issue in <br />this case relative to any neighbor's views of the laka being diminished. <br />Planning Commission recommended that the decks be cut back to the pre­ <br />existing 18* X 13' dimension. <br />The minority opi»^ion was that required deck removals should not be <br />that drastic. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as City Council on <br />Monday, September 24, 1990; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Clerk after review and approval <br />by the Planning Commission. <br />Any additional information you wish to have reviewed by this City <br />Council should be submitted to the attention of Mike Gaffron by September <br />14, 1990.
