They b^tve been working on a revised proposal which they <br />believe will noc need any variances. At my suggestion, they are <br />requesting that action on the denial resolution be temporarily <br />withheld until staff can verify that the new proposal does not <br />need a variance. (If it did need a variance, the adoption of a <br />denial resolutic^i would mean that they would have to make an <br />entirely new application.) <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by seconded by_ _ _ . r to table action <br />on Application #1552 until staff can verify whether the revised <br />proposal requires a variance.
