General comments <br />by the Planning Commission: <br />1. Septic alternate site for Lot 1 (existing house) must be within <br />Lot 1 if a standard plat is proposed. Some floxibxlity may be <br />possible if a PRD is proposed. <br />2. Whether a standard plat or PRD is proposed. Planning Commission <br />might consider granting lot area variances, given the overall 3 <br />residence/17 acres density. <br />3. Planning Commission would prefer that access corridors be provided <br />to the Reiersgord, Asao, and Deters properties, given the access <br />concerns with those properties. <br />4. 50' outlot corridors would be appropriate throughout the <br />subdivision; paved width of actual road/driyeway to be standard 24 if <br />all houses are served, perhaps some flexibility on paving if less <br />houses are served. <br />5. Applicant advised to propose both a PRD and a standard plat for <br />consideration. <br />App. icant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of <br />additional information. Deadline for the November 20, 1989 meeting i <br />November 10, 1989. <br />In all cases, the application must be continued with the submittal of <br />requested information within 120 days or the City will consider the <br />application as formally withdrawn. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City fieworder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission.
