Direct applicant to revise his standa’-d plat proposal to <br />include a 50* road corridor along only a portion <br />length of the east property line for internal traffic <br />circulation purposes, and not necessarily for the provision <br />of future road connections to Watertown Road, <br />7. Council could request that applicant revise the proposal <br />to a PRD in order that future concerns about ability to gain <br />a future third lot are eliminated. <br />*7^2_
