CfTY <br />OF <br />OBONO <br />City of OROINO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI L <br />NO. 2652 <br />_ _ _ _ ,er through Long Lake by the Joint Powers Agreement or <br />by constructing a new interceptor along the Highv;ay 12 <br />Corridor. <br />I. Applicant hf.s submitted a Storm Water Management <br />Plan to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and has <br />received preliminary approval. The applicant will be <br />required to install a detention pond within Outlet F. <br />J. All lots shall be served by a private loop road <br />with a single, divided ingress/egress access at Brown <br />Road. No additional curb cuts will be approved for this <br />property at this time. Curb cuts to serve outlets B and F <br />will be considered when those outlets are developed. The <br />City may petition for a curb cut to serve the City's lift <br />station and the subdivider and its assigns agree not to <br />contest such a petition. <br />K. The recorded plat of Sugar woods conforms to all <br />requirements of the Subdivision Code, Chanter 11. <br />2. Doth the private covenants and the Subdivider’s <br />Agreement should include the restrictions set forth in paragraph <br />l.F and l.G of this resolution. <br />3. Entrance monuments have been approved by the City <br />staff. Any changes to monuments will require staff approval. <br />4. No changes shall be made in those provisions of the <br />Declaration of Covenants, Conditions Restrictions and Easements for <br />Page 6 of 8
