� °� . <br /> • o ��� ° <br /> CITY of ORONU <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��l ��'~ . - . ., <br /> '�kEsKOg' No. � � ti n . <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> � APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> COUNTRYSIDE MANOR 3�ADDITION <br /> -FILE#06-3218 � <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by Brian Arne and <br /> Julie Morrison-Arne, husband and wife, and Kerry and Kiann Nassauer, husband and wife <br /> � (hereinafter "Owners") for a re-plat subdivision of private property and vacated roadway located <br /> at or adjacent to 130 and 145 Manor Circle and legally described as follows: <br /> 130 Manor Circle (Morrison-Arne): <br /> Lot 1,Block 1, Countryside Manor 2"d Addition,Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> � 145 Manor Circle(Nassauer): <br /> Lot 1,Block 2, Countryside Manor 2°d Addition,Hennepin County,Minnesota . <br /> The east and west halves of the vacated public road formerly known as Manor <br /> Circle as platted and dedicated within the plat of Countryside Manor 2"d Addition, <br /> Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"the Properties"); and � <br /> WHEREAS, on August 14, 2006 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5495 <br /> granting conceptual approval for the vacation of Manor Circle as well as the vacation of certain <br /> existing drainage and utility easements, and granting Preliminary Plat Approval for a re-plat of <br /> the Properties to create a private road outlot with cul-de-sac, and increase the size of their <br /> individuallots; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 2006 the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 5529 approving the vacation of Manor Circle as well as vacating certain drainage and utility <br /> • easements within Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, Countryside Manor 2"d Addition; and <br /> Page 1 of 4 , <br />
