LEGAL DESCRIPTION:That part of Lot 4, Lome Undo and the property described as <br />follows: <br />That part of Lot 36 including the accretions thereto, *Lomo <br />Linda^ which lies easterly and southerly of the following <br />described line: Beginning a( a point on the South tine of <br />said Lot 36 distant 200 feet easterly of the southwest corner <br />of said Lot 36: thence northerly, at a right angle to said <br />south line, a distance of 106 feet; thence northeasterly, <br />deflecting to the right 56 degrees 00 minutes to the south <br />line of the north 40 feet of said Lot 36; thence easterly, <br />along the last mentioned south line, a distance of 157 feet; <br />thence northeasterly, deflecting to (he left 70 degrees 00 <br />minutes to the shore of Lake Minnetonka and there terminating. <br />Which lies southeasterly of a line described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 36; thence <br />easterly along the South line of said Lot 36 a distance of <br />304.46 feet to an angle point in said South tine and the point <br />of beginning of the line to be described; thence deflecting <br />left 29 degrees 26 minutes 50.70 feet to the south line of <br />said Lot 36; thence deflecting right 13 degrees 37 minutes 30 <br />seconds 139 feet, more or less, to the shore of Lake <br />Minnetonka and there terminating, said Lot 36 being <br />established by judgement entered in Hennepin County District <br />Court Cose Number 449127 and recorded in Book 550 of <br />Miscellaneous Records, page 410.
