To decline the applicant's proposal, move to approve the proposed resolution and retain <br />Resolution ^4200; OR <br />2. To accept the applicant's proposal, move to direct staff to amend Resolution #4200 to <br />reflect a park dedication fee of $4,900 and to prepare a new resolution.
