Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall nm with the title to the Otten Parcel and Rebers <br />Parcel and be binding on, and inure to the benefit each parcel, the holders of all interests therein <br />and their successors and assigns. Whenever a transfer of ownership of either the Otten Parcel for <br />the Rebers Parcel occurs, liability of the transferor for breach oi any covenants occurring <br />thereafter automatically terminated provided, however, such transferor shall remain liable for any <br />obligations incurred prior to such transfer.
