Sewer/water units procurement <br />□ Submit plans to MCES and obtain SAC determination <br />□ Landscape plan; show future proposal if service road is built <br />□ Final lighting and sipnage plans <br />□ Building permit application and required submittals (plans, energy calcs, survey, etc.) <br />□ Developers Agreement re: sice improvements, incl. letter of credit (City Engineer will <br />define amounts upon submittal cf final plans) <br />□ Evidence of property ownership.
