Also, the City <br />Assessor would like to meet with the City Council in a work session in late February, prior to the <br />mailing of the valuation notices, to summarize and explain the results of the annual revaluation <br />process. The Orono Schools' architect would also like to meet in a work session with the City <br />Council and Planning Commission to review the site plan for the new middle school and the new <br />media center on February 9,10 or 11. <br />It may work best for the Council to schedule a series of work sessions during the months of January, <br />February and March to address these issues. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to select dates and times for a series of Council work sessions.
