Gappa <br />Title Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed: <br />■'4 <br />Agenda Section: <br />Engineer's Report <br />Rem Description: MNDOT Limited Use Permit for Old Crystal Bay Road Trail, TH12 Crossing <br />MNDOT requires a Limited Use Permit for the Old Crystal Bay Road Trail, TH 12 crossing. <br />This permit needs to be approved by both the City and the Suburban Hennepin Regional Park <br />District because the City is the owner of the trail, and the Park District is responsible for <br />operation and naintenance of the trail. After City aoproval this permit will be forwarded to the <br />Park District for their approval. We are recommending approval of the resolution authorizing the <br />execution of the MNDOT Limited Use Permit. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approval of resolution authorizing execution of MNDOT Limited Use Permit for Old Crystal Bay <br />Road Trail, TH 12 crossing.
