STAFF RECOMMENDATIONThe Planning Commission should evaluate the revised plan in view of the revised location of the driveway curb cut and the engineer's concerns regarding the culvert, retaining walls, the landing area <br />and curb cut location and future use of Bluff Street. The variance approvals were contingent on the <br />submittal and acceptance of a drainage and grading plan.
