§ 10.44 <br />e <br />Subd. 2. Application. All applications for a building permit in any "B-5" Limited <br />Neighborhood Business District shall be reviewed by the Council and referred to the Planning <br />Commission for review'. <br />Subd. 3. Permitted Uses. Within any "B-5" Business District, no structure or land <br />shall be used except for one of the following uses or uses deemed similar by the Council: <br />A. Municipal buildings. <br />B. Offices. <br />C. Clinics. <br />D. Art and school supply store. <br />E. Book and magazine store. <br />F. Office supply store. <br />G. Banks, loan company, insurance company, real estate office. <br />H. Barbership, beauty shop. <br />I. Camera and photograph supply store. <br />J. Locksmith. <br />K. Hobby shop. <br />L. Gift store. <br />M. Glassware and pottery. <br />N. Antique store. <br />O. Jewelry store. <br />P. Watch repair. <br />Q. Library. <br />R. Museum. <br />S. Record shop. <br />T. Music store. <br />U. Tobacco shop. <br />V. Galleries. <br />W. Pet shop. <br />Subd. 4. Conditional Use. • <br />A.
