The revised plan has not been reviewed by staff or the City Engineer and was not <br />reviewed by the Planning Commission. No new hardcover worksheets were submitted. <br />The staff report that you have in your packets is based on the 11-3-98 plan that was reviewed <br />by the Planning Commission on 11-16-98. This application was reviewed at the July, August, <br />October and November meetings. <br />Please visit the site and note the existing location of the garage, the topography, unopened <br />Bluff Street, the paved area of Bluff Street and the location of the adjacent property owner's <br />residence to the proposed grading plan and driveway as noted on the 11-3-98 plan. <br />If you have questions about the information in the packet or you need additional information <br />please call my voice mail over the weekend at 985-1322 and I will respond on Monday.
