VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />^ NEW BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONTINUED <br />(#10) #2411 PAUL HANSSEN, 3195 CASCO CIRCLE - VARIANCE AND CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT, 9:08 p.m. - 9:27 p.m. <br />The Certificate of Mailing and Affidavit of Publication were noted. <br />Paul Hanssen was present. <br />Weinberger staled the Applicants are requesting a land alteration permit to replace a boathouse <br />15 feel from the lakeshore as well as replacement of a deck located on top of the boathouse that <br />was damaged in a wind storm. The building official has reviewed the boathouse and has determined <br />the boathouse to be in a deteriorating condition which was not the result of the wind storm. <br />Weinberger remarked the Applicant has hired a structural engineer to review the boathouse and <br />was advised that the front and back walls would need to be replaced as well as portions of the side <br />walls. The structure’s foundation will also need to be replaced which will require a conditional use <br />permit. <br />Page 10
