This increase of value <br />of $63,600 is for land only. A increase of land value of <br />26.5% in one year! <br />We talked to the assessor’s office twice, but we are not <br />convinced of the justification of this huge increase no <br />matter how state law is interpreted. <br />What are fixed income retired people to do other than be <br />forced to sell their home? <br />Please evaluate our valuation problem.
