Please note that the extension of time is for vertices applied for and <br />received in 1995. The reason for the new extension is that the Lebedoffs were unable to <br />commence constmction of their new house at 1101 West Femdale Road because they did not sell <br />their existing house in Minneapolis They hope to sell their existmg house m fA^eapohs m <br />spring of 1996 and commence construction of the house at 1101 West Femd^e Road m the <br />summer of 1996, all pursuant to the variances granted by Orono to them m l 995^ Thus, this i <br />extension of time rather than a different application.
