The multiple variance application <br />was approved in March of 1995 and will expire as of March 13, 1996. Refer to the enclosed staff <br />memo dated February 8, 1996 for more detail on the variances to be granted. <br />The four member Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval for the renewal variance <br />application subject to the findings and conditions set forth in the original resolution.
