Oberhauser of a lot line rearrangement per the survey dated <br />October 9. 1990, most revised date January' 3, 1996 by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin and <br />Gronberg, Inc., subject to the following conditions: <br />1. .Applicant shall be responsible for the removal of all debris resulting from the <br />burning of "boarded up" residences as required by City under authority of <br />demolition permit. <br />2. The remaining residence, detached garage, western access at County Road 15 or <br />Shoreline Drive and retaining walls within County Road right-ol-way shall be <br />removed, disturbed areas restored and seeded before the City shall grant final <br />approval of the replat of the property. <br />3. .Applicant shall obtain a pennit from Hennepin County Department of <br />Transportation for all work within the County right-ol-way. <br />4.
