Any future subdivision of the property must leave not <br /> less �h3n one acre for the existing residence. <br /> 2. Any new building site which might be created will comply <br /> with all current zoning regulations at the time of subdivision, <br /> the intent of this provision being that any new lot created <br /> in the future is not intended to be sesved by the 80-1 sewer <br /> project but is intended to fully camply With all City on-site <br /> sewage treataaent requirements.
