C�ty of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • NO. 1174 <br /> � - • • <br /> DETERM�NING THAT SANTTARX SEWER <br /> SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE <br /> PROPERTY AT 1230 DICKENSON STREET <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, Sewer Project 80�1 was initiated by the City to solve <br /> existing on-site sewage treatment problems in the Minnetonka Bluffs--West <br /> Ferndale area, near which the property at 1230 Dickenson Street is <br /> located; and • <br /> WHEREAS, the property located at 1230 Dickenson Street contains <br /> approximately 0. 97 acres of dry land according to all information <br /> available to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is likely that future on--site sewage treatment <br /> problems at 1230 Dickenson Street can be solved through the use of on- <br /> site sewage treatment systems, and therefore the property has been <br /> considered for inclusion in the 80-1 project only at the owner' s request; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of said property has indicated a preference <br /> to have sanitary sewer provided to the property to serve the existing <br /> residence, <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono, that the property at 1230 Dickenson Street will be served by a <br /> single sewer service as part of the 80-1 sewer project. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on the 11 <br /> day of Auqust , 1980. <br /> William B.
