W e do not believe that if we <br />had to sell our house todav that vve would receive the SX4S,0h0 price that the <br />appraiser has set. In the last 2 vears his appraisal on our propei tv has oone from <br />S702.0tMi to SS4S.00h at this curi ent rate of sprcialative increase a family that vvtu ivs <br />for a living is i»oin«: to have a hard time keepinj; up with this exorbitant type of <br />increase, flieiraie not many indiv iduals or companies payino yearly increases of 10 <br />1/2** o per year. W e invited the assessor to our home last W ednesday for a more <br />accurate appraisal «S: he just retui’iied my appi'aisel without chanoe.
