� <br /> RESOLUTION # 1164 <br /> A RESOLUTION REQUESTING "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY ROADS #19 AND #51 <br /> WHEREAS, there is increased traffic on Hennepin County <br /> Roads #19 and #51 due to the reconstructian of the Arcola Bridge, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the detour during the reconstruction of the <br /> Arcola Bridge is on Hennepin County Roads #19 and #51, and <br /> WHEREAS, said increased traffic is creating a safety <br /> problem on Hennepin County Roads #19 and #51 from the Burlington- <br /> Northern railroad tracks at Navarre (County Road #19) through <br /> the Hendrickson Bridge area (County Road #51) , and <br /> WHEREAS, cars and cars with boat trailers are parking <br /> on the roadway on County Roads #19 and #51, thereby creating a <br /> safety problem. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono <br /> request Hennepin County to post "No Parking" signs on Hennepin <br /> County Road #19 from the Burlington-Northern railroad tracks at <br /> Navarre, north to Hennepin County #51, and also, on Hennepin <br /> County #51 on the north side of the road from the North Arm boat <br /> landing at the Hendrickson Bridge , west 200 feet at the Hennepin <br /> County #51 and Hennepin County #19 intersection for the duration <br /> of the reconstruction of the Arcola Bridge or when the City of <br /> Orono feels that it is the proper time for the removal of the signs. <br /> .
