.. ` ' <br /> � Cit of QRONO <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • NO. 1157 <br /> • - • • <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF KLTTZKE ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted. <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision plat by Loren Klitzke, the subdivider; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City, including:. <br /> 1. Dedication of drainage and utility easements. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of a drainage easement over a <br /> drainageway in Lot 1 and over the marsh area along the <br /> shoreline of Lot 1 and Lot 2 . <br /> 3. Payment to the City for legal and engineering fees <br /> in the amount of $50. 00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Klitzke Addition, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin <br /> County Recorder' s Office on or before December 30, 1980 <br /> together with a certified original copy of this Resolution. <br /> 2. Lot 1 has had a drainfield site tested and approved for <br /> installation of a shallow trench drainfield according <br /> to Ordinance No. 210, which site must be reserved for <br /> said purpose. An alternate site has been designated <br /> and requires mound system. <br /> , 3. The originally approved drainfield site for Lot 2, <br /> Klitzke Addition, formerly Lot 5, Stielow Addition, <br /> will not be effected by the subdivision. <br /> PAGE l OF � <br />
