These properties that were sold all have SO feet of shoreline <br />and ours has 38. Also, we are across the street from commercial property, a busy gas station and <br />Lord Fletcher’s Restaurant. These two items alone should substantially reduce the value of our <br />property compared to those of the residential sales sent to us. Also, there have been no <br />improvements made on our property during the past six years, ya the valuation has been <br />increased $35,000 <br />We do not feel any increase in the value of our property is justified and request that it be left <br />where it is. <br />C L Johnsdn <br />Pamela J.
