RESOLUTION # 1123 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ORONO AND <br /> CITY OF MEDINA SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION <br /> AND SERVICE AGREEMENT. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Medina has a present Pollution <br /> problem existing with on-site septic systems in that area of <br /> Medina known as Medina Morningside area and <br /> WHEREAS, Orono will construct and or has constructed <br /> and owns and operates various trunk and lateral sewer lines <br /> which serve various land areas in Orono, and <br /> WI-iEREAS, Orono is willing to assist Medina in solving <br /> those pollution problems and, <br /> WI�REAS, the City of Medina has prepared and presented <br /> to the City of Orono an agreement pertaining to sanitary sewer <br /> service provided to the Medina property owners in the Medina <br /> Morningside area <br /> __ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached <br /> sanitary sewer construction and service agreement dated November <br /> 28, 1979 between the City of Medina and the City of Orono is <br /> hereby approved by the Orono City Council. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a regul <br /> meeting held March 10, 1980. � <br /> �/�,(/ <br /> Wi iam . an es , ayor <br /> ATTEST• - ��---- <br /> �Walter Benson, Ci y A inistrator <br />
