� c�t� o� oR,oNo <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 1120 <br /> • � • • <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br /> ON MINNETONKA BLUFFS - SHORELINE DRIVE - WEST FERNDALE <br /> ROAD - ORONO LANE SANITARY SEWER PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1080 of the Council , <br /> adopted October 16, 1979, a report has been prepared by the City <br /> Engineer with reference to the improvement of portions of County <br /> Road 15, Orono Lane, West Ferndale Road, Fox Street, Dickenson Street, <br /> Orono Orchard Road South, Barrett Avenue, Hanlon Avenue, Keene Avenue, <br /> and Russell Avenue, by installing municipal sanitary sewers, and <br /> this report was received by the Council on February 25 , 1980 , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the construction of such <br /> sanitary sewer in accordance with the report and the assessment <br /> of abutting or adjacent properties for all or a portion <br /> of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Chapter 429 , at an estimated total cost of <br /> the improvement of $937, 28p. 00 <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br /> improvement on Thursday, March 20, 1980, at 7 : 00 P.M. <br /> in the Orono Council Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road, <br /> and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice <br /> of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at their <br /> regular meeting held February 25 , 1980. <br /> , � . <br /> William B.
