i <br /> Cit� of ORONO <br /> RESOIUTtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • NO. 1109 <br /> • � � • <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1085 <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY DEPOSITORIES TO <br /> ACCEPT MACHINE-SIGNED SIGNATURES ON <br /> CITY CHECKS , DRAFTS , AND OTHER ORDERS <br /> � WHEREAS, the City of Orono does authorize the use of <br /> facsimile signatures of both the Mayor and City Administrator on <br /> all City checks, drafts and other orders less than $5,000.00; and <br /> ; WHEREAS , the City requires the use of hand signatures <br /> ; of both the Mayor or Acting Mayor and City Administrator' on City <br /> � checks, drafts or other orders in excess of $5, 000.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, on all City checks, drafts and other orders the <br /> Treasurer, or Deputy Treasurer must affix a hand signature, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all designated <br /> depositories of the City of Orono are authorized and directed to <br /> honor checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of money <br /> drawn in the name of the City when bearing the facsimile signatures <br /> of both the Mayor and City Administrator and the hand-written <br /> signatures of the City Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer, if the <br /> instrument is for less than $5,000.00; and the hand-written <br /> signatures of three of the following if the instrument is drawn <br /> for more than $5, 000.00 (Mayor or Acting Mayor, City Administrator, <br /> Treasurer, or Deputy Treasurer. ) <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting held on January 15, 1980. <br /> � <br /> ; <br /> � � � <br /> William B.
