1MINUTES OF THE ORONO COUNCIL MEETING OF DECEMBER 11, 1989 <br />1990 INSURANCE RENBNALS* <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by CounciImember <br />Callahan, to award the City of Orono 1990 insurances to the <br />League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust, United Fire & <br />Casualty and Western National, effective January 1, 1990, as <br />proposed. Motion, Ayes=4, Nays=0, Motion passed. <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE CITY FUNDS FOR CLAIMS RECEIVED* <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by CounciImember <br />Callahan, to authorize the City Treasurer to disburse City funds <br />in payment of claims received for the December 25th Council <br />meeting, which has been cancelled and that such paid claims are <br />to be presented at the January 8, 1990 regular Council meeting <br />for formal approval. Motion, Ayes=4, Nays*=0, Motion passed. <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION* <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by CounciImember <br />Callahan, to accept the City Administrator’s Information <br />regarding: Art Center; 1950 Shoreline Drive; Section 89; 3442 <br />Rest Point Circle; Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in <br />Financial Reporting. Motion, Ayes=4, Nays«0, Motion passed. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />There was no report from the City Attorney, however.
