Scott Kuyper Statement of Resignation Dated <br />12/12/89 <br />ISSUE <br />1. Accept the resignucion of Scott Kuyper. <br />2. Authorization to seek replacement. <br />INRODUCTION - Attached please find the resignation from part time <br />Officer Kuyper who has taken a position with the City of Edina as <br />a full-time Police Officer. It is requested that staff be <br />authorized to seek a replacement with an approval request to be <br />brought back to Council once a candidate has been sleeted. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council accept Mr. <br />Kuyper"^s resignation and authorize staff to employ a replacement <br />to be brought back to Council for an approval request for hiring. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by that the Council <br />accept the resignation of Scott Kuyper and authorizes staff to <br />seek a replacement with staff to bring back the nominee for <br />approval to employ.
