Costs <br />$ 300 <br />200 <br />500 <br />TOTAL $1000 <br />The Grand Total is $3200 that must be financed from outside <br />the budget for 1990. <br />I have asked several agencies if they would be willing to <br />consider giving funds toward the Canine Program if the <br />Council were to give permission. The Orono Lions indicated <br />that they would be interested in this program and the Hockey <br />Boosters also said they will consider the request. The Long <br />Lake Fire Department also indicated they will consider our <br />request. PMT, Inc., which last year made a donation for <br />crime prevention fund, stated in a call that they will make <br />a donation to the Orono Police Department and at that time, <br />I indicated the Canine Program start-up costs, as well as <br />the DARE Program start up costs of $2500, as well as the <br />crime prevention fund. They stated they will make a donation <br />to the particular program that they wish to contribute to. <br />J
