Corporate Limits to the East Corporate Limits and <br />WHEREAS in order to obtain Federal Aid in the,construct.on'.of said Trunk <br />Highway Number 10 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 12 the Bureau of Public <br />;:,.}Roads requires ' <br />eQuires. the assurance that the Village of Orono will not suffer any <br />en•croachm.ent of any nature- or -kind- whatsoever on the right of way of- said <br />Trunk Highway Number 10 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 12 .within the <br />corporate limits of the said Village of Orono; and <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways desires -in the interest 6f public <br />safety that all parking of vehicles on. said trunk highway be parallel with <br />the curb and at least 20 feet from any crosswalk. <br />4 <br />
