2W 6 <br />RESOLUTION #282 ¢� <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASSIFICATION LIST <br />"643-C" AND ITS TAX -FORFEITURE SALE <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Orono,, Hennepin County,. <br />Minnesota, has received from.the County Auditor of Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota, a list of lands in said Village which became the property of the <br />S -t -ate 'of Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture <br />of lands to the State for non-payment of taxes,,which said list.has <br />been designated as Classification List '.'64.3-C".,. January 14, 1969; and <br />WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been <br />classified.by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota, as non -conservation land and the sAle thereof has heretofore <br />been authorized by said•Board-of County Commissioners: <br />NOW, THEREFORE-:, BE- --IT RESOLVED.- by,, said Village Council, acting pursuant <br />to.Minnesota Statutes 1957, Section 282.10, Subd. 1, that the -said <br />classification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of <br />�._ land;.described in said list as non—conservation land be and,the same <br />is hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and <br />the same is hereby approved. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesotawat a <br />regular.meeting held March 1.0, 1969, <br />H. Ross,,Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Beverly Ham, Oteputy Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #283 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF $50,000 FROM <br />1963-64 SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUNDS <br />WHEREAS., the 1.963-64 Sewer Construction Fund created for 65-64LS-1 <br />construction project has been completed and there is $75,000 remaining <br />_in the Fund, and <br />.WHEREAS, it ,appears to be in the best interests of the Village'to <br />transfer $50,000 to the Sewer Operating Fund; this Sewer Operating <br />Fund to the General Fund until such time that Sewer Operating would be <br />on a paying basis.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by -the Village Council of the Village <br />of Orono, Minnesota: <br />•1) The appropriate officers of the Village are hereby authorized <br />
