Tyra <br />Peter Kosmas, Manager <br />Orville Keiran <br />(Resolution #277.,.continued) <br />for Orono -Golf Course- <br />" Saga Hill., Grocery <br />" 'Paul's Landing <br />" <br />Stubbs Bay Grocery <br />" Twelve Hi Market <br />" Tyra's Super Valu <br />" Wayzata Country Club <br />" Stubb's- Bay Resort <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held January 27, 1969. <br />Atte <br />H.Ross, Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #278 <br />A -RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT <br />WHEREAS., on January 18, 1969, the West Hennepin Joint Planning Council <br />did.vote in favor of authorizing a preliminary engineering report to - <br />study alternate methods of sanitary sewage disposal for all the members <br />of the organization, <br />AND WHEREAS, the Village of Orono, Minnesota is a member of the West - <br />.,Hennepin Joint Planning Council and it is to its interest to receive <br />such a report to aid in its decision regarding ultimate sewage disposal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ORONO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The firm of.Mills Engineering Co. is hereby authorized <br />to proceed.with.a preliminary engineering report on the relative <br />advantages of alternate methods of sewage disposal in the member <br />municipalities of the West,Hennepin Joint Planning Council. <br />2. The total cost of the report shall not exceed $5,000.00. <br />3. The first part of th6•report.shall deal exclusively with <br />the relative costs of exporting all sewage from the Lake Minnetonka <br />watershed to the Southwest Sanitary Sewer District or the Crow River, <br />after which time the authorization to continue or cease will rest with <br />the...emmber municipalities of the West Hennepin*Joint Planning Council. <br />4.
