Z5c6. <br />_ RESOLUTION '# 2 7 0 <br />:-� <br />A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF THE <br />SUBURBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY.,RELIEF BOARD FOR 1969 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Contract, heretofore'submitted, signed <br />and executed by the Suburban Hennepin'County.Relief Board of the County <br />of Hennepin for and during the year 1954 for the administration and super <br />- <br />vision of poor relief in the Village of Orono.be, and the same is hereby <br />accepted, approved-, renewed and extended for and during the year 1969 <br />with the same force and effect as through said original Contract, above <br />described, were redated and resigned and executed as of the date hereof. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held December 9, 1968. <br />Attes <br />H., oss, Mayor <br />RESOLUTION-- # 2 71 <br />A RESOLUTION TEMPORARILY BANNING SNOWMOBILES <br />t <br />FROM THE ORONO GOLF COURSE <br />J � <br />WHEREAS, Snowmobiles have bjecome a nuisance, cause damage to the Orono <br />`'Golf Course, including the -,creation of excessive noise and interference <br />`-with other recreational, activity, <br />'NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that Snowmobiles are temporarily <br />banned from the Orono Golf Course, and, <br />THAT the .Orono Park Commission is hereby requested to review the problem, <br />and recommend any further appropriate action deemed necessary. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held December 9, 1968. <br />Attest: <br />xa, CYerkjAdmin1stT/at <br />r <br />rx� AW14 <br />H.
